Sound and Lighting:
All the sound is diagetic which makes it seem more realistic.
The lighting is quite dark but its natural lighting
When the picture is taken you can hear the camera sound and see the flash which clarifies that the picture has been taken

Stereotypically nurses are female so this show in the clip.
She is very serious about her job
Colour:
The blue is a stereotypical colour for a nurse to wear.
The background colour is dark to make her stand out
