Secrets and Lies

Part 2
In the frame, the man is in classic boxing shorts and boxing gloves which shows that he is either a boxer or a fan of boxing. He has no hair. No make up is used as he is a man. He’s body language shows that he is guarding himself as if he is in a fight. He’s facial expressions show that he is prepared to fight against an opponent. This helps set the scene.
The sound he gives off is an aggressive arghhh which shows that he is preparing himself for the fight and to show that during a fight you would normally be angry. We can also hear the sound if the boxing gloves hitting each other. Also the photographer guiding the boxer how he is doing and what he should do next in the shoot. The lighting used is centre lighting which focuses on the subject to show us he is the person we should be focusing on. We can also see the flash of the camera.
There is not many representations of Britain, only the colours of red and white on his shorts which signify him being British. The frame stereotypes that boxers are aggressive by the aggressive facial expressions he gives off. Another stereotype could be that all boxers have big muscles. The stereotypes
